What Restoration Requires First

Before restoration can move forward, one required first step must be addressed: certified hazardous materials abatement.

The longer the first step remains unfunded, the longer restoration remains out of reach.

Approval and cooperation cannot be assumed.

Redlands Unified School District retains authority over approval, contractor certification, and scheduling conditions. Because of that, readiness must be clearly demonstrated before restoration can begin.

All funds are held in reserve and will only be used for approved restoration activities in coordination with the property owner.
